Beta Clatinol combikit contains - Pantaprazole – 2 tablets of 40 mg

 

Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor which blocks the production of acid by the stomach. Proton pump inhibitors are used for the treatment of conditions such as ulcers, gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD) and Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome that are caused by stomach acid.

 

Amoxicillin is a moderate-spectrum antibiotic active against a wide range of Gram-positive and a limited range of Gram-negative organisms.

 

Clarithromycin is is a macrolide antibiotic that works by stopping the growth of bacteria. This medication is used in combination with anti-ulcer medications to treat certain types of stomach ulcers. It is also used against pharyngitis, tonsillitis, acute maxillary sinusitis, bronchitis and pneumonia.

 

Indications: Beta Clatinol is effective against Gastric and duodenum ulcer associated with H. pylori.

 

Side effects: Diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting and facial swelling.

 

Dosage: The recommended dose is one tablet of Pantaprazole, Clarithromycin, and Amoxicillin taken twice daily for 7 – 10 days.

 

Available Packing: Combi kit with 7 blisters each containing 2 tablets of Pantoprazole, Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin.
