As of Jan. 1, 2007, International Mortgage Bank’s Loan Portfolio reached UAH 232MM, which is 5.2 times more than in Jan.1, 2006.
Within two years of its activity, the bank disbursed over 1000 mortgage loans.
According to UNIA report for the first nine months of 2006, only 16 banks have loan portfolios exceeding UAH 100MM, and last year, International Mortgage Bank became one of them.
